Orlando’s International Drive is a main attraction for visitors. For instance, the ICON Orlando observation wheel is located there and the Orange County Convention Center. Tourists, vacationers, people on business trip look for a place to stay for a few days or for several weeks nearby.

The Vista Cay Resort is only half a mile from the Convention Center. It consists of privately owned condominiums and townhouses. Our client had a first floor condominium for many years. It was rented by a local management company, thus, the owner did not have to take care of anything- rental, cleaning, maintenance was all done for him. Guests enjoyed the convenience of a first-floor unit, and parking just a few feet away. Grocery, pharmacy, and other shops and restaurants are outside of the community.
