The Grove Resort and Water Park

The Resort with Waterpark

The Grove Resort and Water Park opened its doors in 2018. It consists of deeded, turn-key condo-hotel units and functions as a hotel with on-site property management. 100% ownership of two or three bedroom and bathrooms units with a balcony and laundry room in three, seven-story towers, each with a parking garage.


Owners EARN income when away with the on-site management company. Everyone ENJOY the award-winning water park a few miles from Disney World, other theme parks, Orlando’s attractions and shopping.

Amenities and Services

The Grove Resort and Water Park offers numerous opportunities and amenities for fun, relaxation, and to have a meal with resort-style services.

 

When it is time for a booking, the concierge service assists with tickets.

 

Restaurant, poolside bar&grill, and deli market provide meals and snacks from early morning to late evening inside and outdoors.

 

The highlight of the resort is the Surfari Waterpark. The FlowRider Double surf simulator can be challenging, but professionals are happy to help and teach. Sunbathe while floating down the almost 700-foot lazy river. The two-story, double slides, cabanas, and hair braiding station are all there for you.

 

When you are ready for some shade, have fun at the FlipFlop Family Fun Center across the Surfari Waterpark with games and mini golf, or create something in the activity center.

 

Pamper yourself with the spa’s massage, and shop for some gifts.

 

Are you ready for natural adventures? Do you miss fishing or paddle boating? At The Grove, you can do that, too! Just walk out the 20-acre Lake Austin to kayak, fish, and ride on the Swan Paddle Boats.

The fully furnished, turn-key unit features split floorplan, laundry room, bathtub and shower, sofa bed, and a safe. Granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms, 42“ kitchen cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. The two-bedroom units sleeps 6, the 3-bedroom units sleeps max. 8 people. There are five floorplans.

Orlando’s International Drive is a main attraction for visitors. For instance, the ICON Orlando observation wheel is located there and the Orange County Convention Center. Tourists, vacationers, people on business trip look for a place to stay for a few days or for several weeks nearby.
